Features of Plating Filter:
1. ONE PIECE INJECTED WITHOUT WELDING OF FILTER BODY and stand are adopted the integrative mould and increase the intensity of the filter body with the projection rib.
2. According to the chemical density and temperature feature to inject the filter body, the material of filter body can be made of PP,CPVC, or PVDF, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
3. The least welding of filter in the filter field, it greatly decrease the leakage.
4. Assemble with self-priming pump or magnetic drive pump is depend on customer. If with magnetic drive pump, it can avoid the problem of dry running leakage and environment pollution.
5. The same machine can be used for different filter element materials: lock core filter, paper filter and bag filter and so on.
6. Safety switch device, when the motor is overloaded or single load, the safety switch automatically cuts off the power supply.
